These terms apply when you buy from Kelpie Road through this store. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

Kelpie Road is an online store selling gear for travelling in the car with your dog. We ship to Australia. You can reach us by email and we aim to reply within one business day.

Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock at our supplier, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we list measurements where the supplier has published them. Colours can look different on different screens. Where we do not have verified information about a product, we say so rather than guess. If a product page contains an error, we will correct it and we are not bound to sell at an incorrect price.

Correct use of our products

Our seat covers and tethers are designed to keep a car clean and to limit where a dog can move inside a vehicle. They are not crash-tested safety restraints and must not be relied on as protection in a collision. Tethers must be attached to a body harness, never to a collar. You are responsible for using the products safely and for making sure your dog travels in a way that is legal in your state.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password secure. Do not use this store for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
